Well I guess I saved post # 1,000 for this moment.
I'm shocked that as much wrestling that we talk about on here, that we have yet to put up the Wrestlemania 27 thread.
Well here it is.
Confirmed Card (So Far):
Edge vs. Alberto Del Rio (World Heavyweight Championship)
The Miz vs. John Cena (WWE Championship)
The Undertaker vs. Triple H (No Holds Barred)
Randy Orton vs. CM Punk

I have a question though whats all this Rock/Cena stuff building up to? Miz is Cenas opponent at WM and its like Cena doesnt care about him. If Cena and Rock arent going to fight, why do the promos? Is Rock going to distract him at WM and cause him to lose then face Cena in the following weeks?

The Rock said he was going to lay the smackdown on Cena and Miz during his return.
For some reason the writers think Cena needs to get in a war of words with the Rock, and thats just a loss for anybody. Cena reaction to the Rocks this past episode was AWFUL. Quite possibly his worst promo ever.

It is possible that they are slow-building a John Cena vs. The Rock match at Summerslam.
But to be honest, I'm loving every moment of it.
I mean it kinda sucks The Miz is being overlooked, but last week on Raw I thought he did a fantastic job inserting himself in that picture.
It's like he ripped the target off Cena's back and put it on his chest for The Rock to see.

Dont get me wrong, im enjoying it. And I would love nothing more then to see the rock more often and see him just beat the **** out of cena. But the hype is going to those two instead of Miz. Personally im still thinking they are trying to turn cena heel and the only purpose with the star power to do so is Rock

The reason why the rock wont fight anybody with a title or for a title is because he wont be there long enough to do anything with. If he does have a match, which i never see happeining, it will only be an exhibition, however i do see him screwing somebody up, but i dont think it will be cena, i think it will be the miz.
Cena had went about as far as he could go popularity wise and the wwe is looking for a way to get him settled in, good part is he will always be a favorite of the kids.
The rock on the otherhand will probably be on a few times here and there but will not go back to full time or even partime for that matter, why would he? Hes making to much doing movies.
I think michaels will shock and help the ut beat hhh somehow. That just how the wwe is with the backstabbing stuff.
I think cm punk will beat randy orton since hes pretty much took out all of cm punks help in the last weeks and nobody will be there to help him and orton looks like hes gonna easily win so they will let punk get the win.
So my winners are Cena, UT, Cm Punk, The king, and edge. The rest i dont really care about.
Funny note, has anyone else ever noticed how much edge looks like the singer from puddle of mudd?
