Prayer List

This is just a simple thread for people who wish to put anyone on a prayer list. I though it would be great idea. You don't have to put names on here if you don't want to because God knows who you are talking about anyways, so I am going to start with the first one.

Ben Fisher who was a football player three years ago for Letcher Co Central died in a car crash yesterday. I am putting his family and friends on this prayer list that God will be with them through this difficult time. He was 21 or 22 I think. God Bless Everyone!

Remember my churches Vacation Bible School. Wednesday-Sunday. The two churches I pastor at are joining forces to put on one big VBS. Almost every person from both churches has volunteered to do something and a lot of stewardship and giving was done. Now we have put it all in the Lord's hands and pray that His will be done.

I know that this is slightly off topic, how do you pastor two churches?

It is a challenge but they are small-membership churches and are within 2 miles of each other. Also, they work together very often and very well.

I can explain more in PM if you want because it is complicated.

Prayer for my father in law who has to have surgery on his foot. He is a diabetic and they won't operate on him until he gets his blood sugar down.

Say a prayer for my oldest son, he was transported to Cincinnati last nite with pneumonia, this makes the 4th time in about a month and a half. Thannks

Thanks, I also want to put a lady who works with me on prayer list. She is going to be a first time mommy in October. I just pray that everything will be ok. She really is a hard worker.

Guys I really need prayers for me. When a man has a load on his mind, stress can really wear a man down. I have a lot of things stressing me out, and I know God won't give us something if we couldn't handle it. I just need prayer that my blood pressure which right now is 160/90 don't get any higher. I also am getting ready to go in to work and I need some prayers that God will help give 110% at work.

To update on our VBS we have had about 56 total registered/helping so far. We are fighting All-stars and some youth league football camps. Also our first night was a Wednesday and some kids had their home churches to attend.

Keep it in prayer, people are growing and learning every day and we pray that they come to know Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior, or that they grow in the already existing relationship.

Putting my boss on the prayer list. He is going through a rough time right now, and I just pray that God will be there for him.

Add a friend of mine to your prayer list. He was in a bad four wheeler wreck last week and was flown out to Hunington. He is awake now and off the vent, but he has a long road to recovery ahead of him.

My wife's grandmother passed away this morning. She is on her way to Michigan with her parents right now. My Father-In-Law is having a really hard time right now, my wife is just in denial.
