This is bad news for the people in the Louisville area. I occasionally travel through Louisville enroute to Indy but I prefer going via I-74. The closure will probably increase the traffic onto that highway.

When I go to Indiana, i go through Cinci, and go I-74.

That's my preference too but my wife prefers travelling I-65. The distance to southern Indy is exactly the same either way but I-74 has far less traffic.
