I was told this year that the winner of the Mr. Kentucky Football award didn't so much as receive a certificate for winning the award. The Associated Press stated that do to budgetary constraints it could not give out a trophy or plaque.
It's pretty shameful that future Mr. KY Football award winners will have to try and find their receipt of the award on a Google site when they tell their kids about it one day.

If that is true then I agree, that's pathetic and shameful.

That would be a shame. What does it take to print a certificate off a computer? Give me a break, besides go to any trophy shop bet they would love to make one up for them with a little free name dropping
