I spoke to one of the employees of El Azul Grande and he said where hes from cooking is a sport. All restraunts compete for the best meals and it is all determined by the most money made every 6 months. So name your favorite meal and how you like it.

Yup! gotta have cheese dip to pour over the rice no matter what mexican resturant i go too it's gotta be this way.

Call me playing it safe but my favorite is the ever so popular pollo bandito.

For a snack I will order rice and cheese only and eat it with some tortillas or nacho chips.

I LOVE El Azul.
