He didn't have a good Friday to say the least, but I think it's Ty Saragas from Harlan.

I don't think he makes it back this week for the Lex. Christian game but maybe two weeks from now. He is a very good QB.

I hope he's able to have a great year, he seems like a great young man.

Ty is good, but you have to put Richard Trent in here too.

Austin Pray should get some credit too, he had a good game against JC. If he continues to pass the ball like he did to Beatty in the 2nd half, then he will be one of the best all around QB's in the state.

Dalton Sizemore from Williamsburg is as good as anybody in the mountains. He racks a ton of passing and rushing yards.

Sizemore and the jackets have spanked Harlan 2 times and you rank Saragas above him come on really

Evan Whitaker at Hazard....led the Hazard Bulldogs to their first state championship with a lot of help from the other "dawgs". Opinions are opinions..records speak loud..

Since we are just naming some of the best QB in the Mts, Jarredd Jarrell (Pburg) has to be mentioned.
Trent is the best QB in the MTs. IMO.

does anyone know when the game stats are usually posted on the khsaa website so i could get a look at the passing stats?

I would agree with Sizemore from Williamsburg but I think Ysidro (Whitley)is the best athlete playing QB in the mountains.
08-26-2012, 07:57 PM
The Trent kid from Breathitt has to be the best all around QB.
08-26-2012, 08:12 PM
Richard Trent!
08-26-2012, 08:53 PM
Sizemore hands down for me.

I totally agree. He is not going to throw a whole bunch at Whitley, but he his a freak athlete. He would really be good at a lot of different positions. He is also one of the better baseball players in the mountains as well.

Through 2 games 520 yards passing and 9TDs around 60% completions with 1 rushing td and around 130 yards.

Another vote for Dalton Sizemore. Someone answered that the kid from Frankfort was pretty good.... agreed, but Frankfort isn't in the mountains.
