The fact that we are in the conversation for the kid makes me happy, but I really think he will come be a hero. GO CATS.

Alabama wanted him to commit the other day while there. He didn't and they took another DT commit yesterday. Thats two they've gotten commits from at his position. And being he's waiting until Jan to commit, Alabama won't wait that long.. He's a lock for UK.

Mix1...

He'll play for Kentucky I think.

Matt tweeted that he's done with Joker Phillips...Florida is recruiting Matt but the guy who is recruiting him for Florida happens to be Joker Phillips...

I think he'll remain in the state and play for UK. Best of luck to the kid, he has raw talent.

Isn't Notre Dame high on his list? I would agree...if he wants to win a NC..Saban and Alabama know how to get it done. A lot of SEC schools are not even close to being done recruiting though.

With him being an in-state kid, that should give us a lot of help but, if Mark Stoops is able to get him to come to UK over Bama it would have to be one of the biggest victories Kentucky has had on or off the field.

ND is going after him pretty hard.

His top 6

Ohio St, Bama,Tennessee, UofL, UK, and ND.

I think it is down to two Bama and UK. I will be shocked if it is neither of those two schools.

You're right. As it stands right now, he's about 70% for UK and 30% for Bama. As time goes on, I think Mark Stoops will be able to win him over completely.
