Ok so I have a question regarding the way the bracket is setup.

It is correct thy each year the designated
Region 1 teams play Region 2

And

Designated
Region 3 teams play Region 4

Correct

This is the way I understood it in the he KHSAA rules for 2011-2014

The fist 3 games of the playoffs will feature teams from dist 1 against dist 2, dist 3 against dist 4, dist 5 against dist 6, dist 7 against dist 8. The semis will be a team from region 1 vs a team from region 2 and a team from region 3 vs region 4.

6a this year according to KHSAA's chart is

R1
D1 (Western ky). vs D2 (Western)

R2
D3. (Ville) Vs D6 (NKY)

R3
D4 (Ville) vs D5 (Surrounding the Ville)

R4
D7 (Lex) vs D8 (Lex)
