Corbin will this game without much trouble. Bell is just not that good and Corbin is just that damn good. Bell will not be able to stop that redhound defense. Bell can't stop the redhound offense either. Running clock in 3qt redhound win big even of it is on log mountain..

I'm glad everyone's on board GO BIG RED!! I took a whole lot of heat earlier this year talking up these hounds. Still hoping I don't eat crow on these boys!! I believe Corbin can play with anybody!! Our defense is sound unless u have a Tyler Guffey slinging it around that's our week spot but it was still almost good enough at Wayne. They could not stop our run game either(still don't know why we didn't try to get waddle around the ends he's a track star turn him loose). I think we will be okay and I hope we can get another shot at Wayne co(so does belfry and Wayne) with that being said we've put ourselves on a tuff road that will take all the skill and a lot of luck to get to BG. It's very important that we don't look ahead and play one game at a time. It's going to be tuff this Friday on log mountain this is it for both teams you lose this game and the whole playoffs will be on the road!! I look for the hounds to come out and let three years of ass whippings loose!!

Corbin 56
Bell 14

Yeah they pooch kicked it all night pretty sure it was due to Corbins ability to take it to the house @ anytime on kickoff returns. They had good field position all night except a couple the rolled back to inside the ten. Their D stopped Corbin probably 6 times and Corbin stopped them about 5 times most all in the second half for both teams. This was a shoot out and if they play again come watch it will be just as good as the first one.

This loss to Wayne County has haunted you guys. But you for sure are just average homer fans. If you knew anything about Wayne you would know they pooch kick it almost everytime against all teams, and the reasoning was not Corbins ability to do anything. I was talking with Corbins coaching staff and they agree with me. Corbin has the worst homer fans in the state.

And you are the biggest CORBIN HATER on here. If you knew anything about the redhounds you would know that until we get another shot at Wayne we will not be satisfied. I doubt you talked to any Corbin coaches you're a TROLL!!!!

Im not sure whats wrong with being a homer fan?
Could you please explain?
#23
Wayne may very well do that every kickoff but it's also a fact that Corbin is a legit threat to take a kickoff to the house every time. I don't know why but Corbin is as good of a kickoff and punt return team as you will find. It's been that way for years.

As for this game, if it were Dudley coaching, Jewell would run it up and try to hang 70.

I think this year you will see something similar to the Corbin/Bell game in 2001.

Corbin led 35-7 at the half and then put it on cruise control and won by the same score.

Corbin 40-14

Corbin is a very good football team and has been building for this year for a couple of seasons. They are now all Jrs and srs. It will not be a running clock I promise you that. Bell will be ready to play as I am sure corbin will too!

Gut nobody will agree with you b/c you have no clue! How can bell be worse next year when they start 7 sophomores and 4 freshman. We only have 6 seniors?? You have a terrible case of bell envy. Get over it!!!

Was it Corbins ability to take it to the house or Waynes inability to kixk?
#26
Will be a good game Corbin has a much better team however, Bell is still Bell and Log Mountain is still in the same place. Corbin by 2 touchdowns.
#27
If Wayne could kick it deep bet they or any other team would do so, it is much easy to teach players to sprint down on coverage than to teach a kicker that takes natural ability, somestimes you just can't find a consistant kicker.
#28
Wayne can't kick it deep and have not been able too all year.
#29
After Bell's poor showing against Wayne Co and Corbin's playing a close game vs Wayne co, I see a gap between Corbin and Bell in Corbin's favor. My question............Does Log Mountain make a difference in this game and make it a close game?
