I think Pikeville's speed and tallent will be too much for Russell to handle. Next year it may be a different story once Russell's youngins get a year under their belt. But I gotta go with the Panthers this year.

Pikeville's speed, quickness, and athleticism will be the factors in this game. This should be one of the great games of the week.

Pikeville wilk score. Their offense is very dianamic. They r not a lineup and run at u team. Though they could be, great with blocking assignments and Hall is a stud. They will spread Russell out, much like Raceland did in the past, and have success running the ball. Estep is a stud at WR. It will be a good game for 3 quarters then Pikeville will pull away.

Only chance Russell has is ball control.
If the devils don't control the time of possession by ten plus minutes. Pikeville will pull away and win by 20+. They scored 72 vs Middlesboro, 60+ vs Hazard. 50+ points in three other games. And 49 in another. Could be a long night for the devils!

I don't think Pikeville will hang 50+ on the Devils, but I could be wrong. I think this game will be closer than most people think.

Russell will have the advantage up front. I think they need to get more speed at the linebacker spots for this game.

Pikeville will score by run and pass. Russell's only hope is to control the clock and limit Pikeville's possessions. I'm going with Pikeville 35, Russell 20. All of Russell's wins have come against really bad teams.

Conley didn't play most of last quarter against East, looked like an ankle. Anyone know his status? Russells secondary hasn't played too bad this year, they've been covering better than most years. My concern is with the line.Jenkins does a good job, but the rest of the line really struggles to stop the run, usually they have to rely on their line backers to make the play.If Pikeville spreads them out they wont be in position to make those plays. could lead to some big gainers
