My starting rb for my fantasy team on ESPN is Clinton Portis but he is out so im deciding on Chris Brown or DeShaun Foster to start. I'm leaning towards Brown but who do you guys think I should start?

I'd take Foster even though he was playing the Falcons, but it's a little late now. Foster will be the better pick over the course of the season.
