Everyone was all in these forums till last week. Is everyone hungover or still reeling over the fact that we ran into a one demensional team that still ran through us like a hot knife through butter? I disnt expect to lose, especially by 4 scores. Williamsburg was a very tallented, but more impressivley tough team, that Idk if anyone in the state realized were as good as they are. Though the loss sux, i find some solace in knowing it took them beating Raceland to gain credibility. That says alot for a program who didnt win their first regional championship till this year. So, with that said, we lost alot of experience and leadership this year. Next year's schedule will line us up against teams that were younger than we were, some of which we striggled to beat, others we lost to. Ashland, Lawrence, Coal Grove were all young non district teams. Paintsville, Pikeville, Hazard, and Williamsburg we all dominated by Sophs/Jrs. That presents a tough task to get back to where we want to be in our classification.
Who fills the wholes left by losing Beech, Elkins, Johnson, Boggs, Manis, Risner, McComas, and Harris? How do you replace the leadership of Litteral?
Alot of tallent lies in this years Frosh/Soph classes. Messer, Young, Christian, Vance, Walker, Wallace, Bradley, Snyder, Dixon should all be big time players for the rams. But there lies another problem...only two of those names are lineman. Who do you all think will fill the gaps? What are your expectations for next year?
I see a team with massive potential. But at this point, it's hard to see past a district championship and a shot at a 2nd and consecutive region title. Anything more thsn that is a shot in the dark imo. And all of that may still be a stretch.

Bradley at center- returner 6'0" 320
Wallace right guard- returner 6'1' 297
Alex Niece was first rotation also and he is 6'2" 265- lineman
Christian Sargent will return to play football after medical redshirt year- 6'0' 300
Jerome Hall will also return-lineman
Greg Bowling who is built like a rock but not big will also return as a possible defensive end
And Morgan Carmen set out all year with a knee injury after surgery and he will be a sophomore, I see him playing extremely well.
You also left out one of the returners who will be a senior= Trey Potter does not drop balls and will be a target next year. He is a player.
