Trimble 3 Touchdowns 2 interceptions including a pick 6 and momentum changer at half! 1st carry of 3rd 45yd Touchdown number 4. Four year playmaker. The days of 0,1,2 touched a game are hopefully over. Way to much explosiveness/speed as a 4 year starter.
Still think Kent is the bell cow and he stuck his nose up in there for the tough yards. Huge TD to seal it. Kash is the most physical HS QB I've ever seen. Now that there's a 3 headed monster it's becoming harder to pack it inside. Kash and Kent have been earning hard yds vs more in the box. Tonight Bourbon tried that and ️️gave up 50+!
Huge character win for the whole Paintsville team tonight! Had some starters out and some banged up but rallied together as a team for a nice win over a nice offensive Bourbon team. The defense continues to be opportunistic!
If they continue expanding their offense this team can go all the way. Like to see them add 4 verts, couple quick game plays, scoot recievers in for shorter throw on screen more grass to run. Play action off of jet/speed option, boot off zone and plays to mix kent in running outside.
Tip my cap to this coaching staff. The team is progressively getting better. You can feel the love the kids and staff have for each other. They've really built a special culture at Paintsville of selfless kids. Teams like Raceland and Pikeville have too. Really special time for 1A in EKY. Fun to watch and great for the communities. Hats off to all 3 staffs and their kids!
