McCracken County
#1
Last week someone posted McCracken would win the rest of their games except one. I assume they thought Daviess County would beat them and they would win the rest. I really doubt they will lose any of the remaining regular season games. Davies County had more skill wide out players than I've seen play this year, if they could run the ball they would be really good.

My friends connected to the McCracken program tell me the team has quit on their new coach. I certainly hope that is not the case. I still believe McCracken is better than their record shows and have the potential to do some good things with the remainder of their schedule.

They played hard Friday night, I didn't see any quitting. Prior games the usual fans that moan and groan were hollering at the coaches. Saw some of coaches offense finally take hold. I would hope they give him a chance, he inherited a pretty tough schedule and a team that has lots of players to sort through. Several good players, but no Hughes, Jones's or big experienced lineman. You say those connected to the program are talking, I would assume they helped pick the coach, so..... Takes time to get where 100 year old programs are and you have Alumina Kids Playing etc. If I'm only a fan during the time my child is playing, then I don't put much credence to those voices.

No one has quit on anybody. Henderson is the best team in district per the courier journal. Our line play has been extremely bad. 25 different combinations of kids. Coach is a good man with the right principles. The line has gotten much better in the last few weeks. Played very good against Mayfield and Daviess. If we can run block against Henderson I think will win and get the district. Only the parents whose kids are a problem (drunk party goers) or can't play have issues. We are in good shape all considering.

Jackson Purchase, that's what I assumed as you said. We will beat Henderson, I can't fathom they are better than Daviess, who I thought had some great Corners, and Wideouts. They also beat Owensboro, which thye never do.

Henderson out did everything but the scoreboard on Caldwell Co.? Per the boards.....Heard just 3 big plays killed them. Last week Litkenhous ratings were Henderson at 20, Daviess at 22 and MCHS at 25. Prolly stay the dog against Hendy since the crushed a 5 and 1 Ohio co. Team (wins against Sisters of the Poor)

Henderson is not very good defensively. They are very physical on the offensive side of the ball and run the ball very well. Excellent oline and Skip and DayDay run hard.

Lit rankings mainly mean little, Ohio county is not a 6A football team period, Henderson hasn't beaten anyone that I can tell. The Indiana team and Caldwell are the only good teams they have played. I will also say McCracken has played poorly at most of the time but could have beaten the Clarksville team. Played Mayfield better than I thought they might. I was disappointed they couldn't get by Graves. If Henderson is not very good defensively then McCracken will out score them, we ran the ball very well against Daviess County. Allen had a monster game on the ground. If McCracken ever starts to be able to throw the deep ball and over the middle they will be much better.

Hope your right blue. Really the play calling has not been to attack the middle since Clarksville NE. And we don't attack deep much either. Of course our QB gets killed on screen passes a lot.....so its understandable.
