Murderers Row for a region. You have to feel for programs like Woodford County or Frankfort, just to name a couple. Place them in the 8th/10th/or 12th and they would have a somewhat better chance at being competitive.

Each of the Jessamine County schools had some really good teams in the late 1990's/early to mid 2000's, but they always ran into Lexington Catholic early. You see what West Jessamine was able to do in the 12th.
