Hillbilly Days 2007

Pike County will, as always, be host to Hillbilly Days 2007! It's less that two weeks away, and I'm pretty excited for all of the fatty foods and the long days of doing nothing but walking up and down Main Street & Hambley Blvd. about a thousand times!

Yep same here, I awlays loved going when I was young to ride on the crappy rides but now i dont like going as much.

Not true. Hillbilly Days is a different story. I look forward to it every year. I love being able to hang out with my friends, get some awesome food, find some cool stuff, and just have a great time. This year will be a little different with friends coming back from college to go, will get to see some that I haven't saw since December or even graduation.

I will be there and looking forward to it. Floyd County was supposed to get April 20th off for Hillbilly days, but were we missed so much school we have to make it up so they took it away. But Im playing hookey, lol.

Guys during Hillbilly Days on Saturday the 21st @ 4:45 pm in front of the Expo Center you need to come check out the band BYPRO STATION. They play good rock and roll music that everyone can enjoy.

It's for certain now that I'll be there, hopefully it warms up outside...it wouldn't be fun to walk around in 30 degree temperatures....

Hillbilly Days always has one day that is kind of cold and rainy but I too am hoping that it really warms up in time for it. We have 10 more days so I would bet that it will. 30 degree temperatures will keep people away from me, probably myself included.

As of right now I'll be there all three days. I know that no matter what happens with Thursday that I will at least be there Friday and Saturday. Thursday I may go down around 4-5 to give people time to get there, Friday and Saturday I'll be there all day.
