Rumor had it that former NFL quarterback, who was the 1st pick of the 1999 draft, came to visit the football team of Powell County. This rumor was true. Couch met with the football team along side his former quarterbacks coach Whitaker from Christian County. He gave a speech at a pep rally the school held. Will this help the Pirates any this season?

He is probably giving Powell County money to, because he hasn't gave Leslie County anything. But he probably can't afford it.
