Thoughts?

I would have thought 3A Louisville Central as a top 25

Dang Boyle County up to #5 Confusednicker: Corbin has some Unfinished Business with these guys or Belfry Confusednicker:
#3
Anderson County is quietly having a great season.
#4
I can’t see it..... I say every single week that’s polls make zero sense. #20-#25 could beat many in the top 10. Just put the best 25 up there. Belfry is easily a top 15 team, Tell me 15 teams on that list that will beat Trinity.
#5
Highlands is Extremely overrated. I have seen them in person. They struggled awfully bad against Lex Cath. No offense at all. They do have a good D.

I’ve said that all along. I agree. Lex cath is overrated too
#7
Oh my dear Lord, my Cards slipped a spot thanks to Webster being so bad
#8
Big Johnson jump of 4. I could make some really funny jokes with this but maybe best I leave the Big Johnson jokes off here

It's all good brother. Belfry is right where we want to be, overlooked! I wish we wasnt even on this list. But we do appreciate your comment my friend.

Do you see Anderson getting by Highlands in second round of playoffs?
#14
I agree about Highlands.. They should be on here, but, in the 15 range, imo. I also think Central deserves to be in the Top 25 and Henry Clay shouldn't be on here at all. They're getting way too much credit for one good win against Scott Co. Other than that game, they've been pretty average. Butler is another team who deserves on here. They've lost a few, but, they've played a brutal schedule and has more than held there own. Belfry should be in the Top 15.

Rank these teams without names like computers do using good teams only.

A. 5-2 with 1 win vs a really good team
B. 5-1
C. 3-4 with 1 win vs a really good team
D. 3-2
#16
Butler is 3-3 vs good teams with no really good wins.
#17
I have seen Anderson and Highlands both play. I think Anderson wins by 2 tds
#18
To be honest if Anderson hadn’t lost their best running back second game of the season, they would be 2nd best team in 5A IMO. Still top 5 now
#19
Boyle is better than CAL!
#20
BoyleCo Wrote:Boyle is better than CAL!

CAL is 6-0 vs good teams with 2 wins over really good teams.
Boyle is 7-0 vs good teams with 1 win over really good team.

Thats a very close resume which is why Cal is #4 and Boyle is #5.
#21
I know. Just my personal eye test.
#22
Of course I am biased
#23
Just for comparison to all these resumes I'm throwing out there:
Covington Catholic 8-0 vs good teams with 6 wins vs really good teams.
Nobody else is even close.
#24

Highlands 5-2 vs good teams and 1 win vs a really good team.
Anderson 5-0 and no really good wins.
#25
I know the schedules. I still say after seeing them both that Anderson is 2 tds better. As a matter of fact I would much rather our team play Highlands than Anderson. They are the biggest team in the state and they just hit so hard. It’s funny to me too that they only have like 40 kids on their team but they are all like 6’5 350. 😂

Damn! That's some big boys!

And this is why I like computers.
Anderson has 65 players on the roster and no one is 6'5 or 350.
0-3 on observations

Which Highlands game did you see? Highlands has show they can play against a good team. Anderson has played no one to prove they are a good team. I’ll take Highlands by two scores.

I agree brother! While I’m sure PCN appreciates the love....I still worry about our defense. With Lowe, Mounts and Coleman all getting closer to 100%....it’s gonna help tremendously.....but ....Still looking for some beef on that front line 😊

It is called sarcasm. Actually, they have a 6’6 330lb starting center, 6’8 320lb freshman OT, 6’4 230lb middle linebacker, 6’4 225lb TE, 6’3 440lb NG, 6’3 335lb DT, 6’2 310lb OT, 6’1 285lb OG, 6’3 245lb DE, 6’2 240lb OG, 6’2 QB, 6’3 305lb reserve OT, and a 6’2 215lb OLB. I just confirmed these with a friend who coaches Anderson.
