Is this Kel Stotts job to lose?

Obviously don't know much about the goings on in the 5th region or at Adair Co, but this seems like a shocking move since they made back-to-back trips to Rupp, unless I am missing something here (which I'd say I am) that is definitely a surprising move.

The graduated 8 of their top 9. Hitting a bit of a rebuild.

Yeah I checked out their roster and noticed they had quite a few Seniors.
