The difference being is that I didn't know that thew Treasury Sec. lied until I read your link.  I then looked to see if he was telling the truth, and saw that clearly that the US is still trading at a deficit.  There could be valid reasons and I figured that the Trump followers on here may know.  Listening to and considering opposing opinions is not a bad thing.
