Grant County Coaching Open
#1
Coach Cole told the team today he is leaving Grant County.  Players seem to respond well to him and he did a great job at rebuilding the program.

Poor grant county cant keep a coach.

Coach Cole did as good of a job as one could. Interesting to see who takes on this challenge.

Idk, maybe its just me but the timing is bad. I know things happen at the end of school years and stuff but.....

Add in he hosted a coaching clinic the night before announcing hes leaving, bringing both youth teams coaches and Middle School Coaches together to bring everyone together, then leaves......idk......

Admin doesnt care about sports at all, hell admin is never there long enough to even care.   The Board and Central office is even worse, I could tell a story but I wont right now.

They will have to beg one of the asst coaches to be the Head Coach this year, if any of them stick around, only one is from there area I believe.

No feeder system below middle, middle is always terrible, They joined the bluegrass conference, so they could get 40 pieced every week..... Not to me mention the issue with location and rural county problems that come.

They have 2 feeder programs, neither one is a winner, but there isnt any talent either.

If you have two in Grant County you have one too many... should be uniting all those folks into a fun and exciting expereince, and affiliation with the highschool...
