She probably sees they have limited talent left on the roster.  They graduate 5-6 girls with basically nothing to replace them with, unless they recruit some players like they have in the past.  Their last two catchers and only good pitcher have been transfers. 

I’ve heard she could possibly be starting a family and another rumor that she has another job lined up so who really knows when it comes to the reason why she left

This would be a good landing spot for someone. They’ve made a lot of upgrades and have top notch facilities now.
