It should be a fun year in the mountains. As Pulaski fan I'm looking forward to the trips to JC and Bell and the home game with Corbin should be a doozy as well. I honestly think they can go 3-0 in those games but could go 0-3 lol. A team that nobody is mentioning that I think will be in the Mountain Top 10 before season is out is South Laurel. I think they will finish second in our district with the only loss coming to Pulaski (hopefully).

Agreed, I think JC plays 4 or 5 of the teams mentioned on these lists.

This post could age so well.

I don’t think teams will sleep on Pulaski at all. If they beat Corbin, JC..sky is the limit. I don’t think there are going to be many, if any, top level teams in 5A that want the Maroons on a Friday night.

I think we need to get some weed killer or he is smoking a lot of weed (plants) just kidding

I like these early predictions of the Mountain Top 10, keep em coming.  Smile
#25
Hazard will probably go to Semis this year. Look for Corbin to be better than this year. See them in finals against PT or Boyle. Be some quality football in the mountains.

Guy's no disrespect, but lettuce can be found in a salad. In a garden and at the produce section of your local supermarket.

Again no disrespect intended.

Are we good?   Smile  Big Grin

There are some definite contenders for a state title on these lists.

Plantmans post did crack me up though  Smile

Plant fancies himself as being provocative.
Plants grades:
Shaking things up - A
Making sense - D

Plant spends most of his time with his balls lost in high weeds.

Bell County isn't worthy to shit in Corbin's toilet. Corbin would beat them by 40.

Hazard and/or Pikeville should be in semis in 1A. Belfry will be in semis and likely play at home this year and I’d say favored to be at Kroger in 2A. Somerset and Prestonsburg will be good. Martin Co improved. Bell and Breathitt are set up for a run in the east for 3A. Rockcastle will be good. JC and Corbin should contend in 4A. Pulaski is a tough out for anyone in 5A. They will contend. South Laurel is a sleeper in 5A. Several with a chance to get to Kroger and win it but I would say none are the favorite to win it in their class if we are being real. Belfry probably has the best chance.
