GRAYSON, Ky (WSAZ)--A Carter County already in jail on rape charges, now faces additional rape charges.
Back in February, Kentucky State Police arrested 48-year old Norton D. Musgrave and charged him with 16 counts of rape in Carter County. On Wednesday, Troopers charged Musgrave with an additional 26 count of rape. The latest charges are the result of grand jury indictments out of Elliott county.
Troopers say the victim in both cases is a female under the age of 16.
