Great game for frosh Zac Jackson. Got his first Varsity start last night and threw very well. Pitched 5 innings, throwing 69 pitches, scattering 4 hits and 0 earned runs, while striking out 10 and 0 BBs. Pat Butcher just missed a HR again last night and Corey hump was swiping bases as always.
Tigers played a 3 inning JV game afterwards. which the Tigers also won. Tigers threw 8th grader Timmy Sublett. Sublett threw 35 pitches, giving up 0 hits, 0 BBs and striking out 5.
All in all was a nice night for the youngsters on the mound for the Tigers.
Congrats and Good Luck against JC tonight.
