This is interesting...it definitely appears that the number of athletes you have to choose from greatly increases your chance of having a successful sports program.
This could be a ranking list in almost every sport, with the obvious exception being paintsville who seems to be competitive every year while having one of the lowest enrollments. hmmm...

khsaa has it...Phelps is a county school...I think Pikeville is also 7-12

If Pikeville has 548, about 175 kids are hiding in lockers. And I don't think there is anyway Paintsville has that many. These numbers are either 7-12 or wrong.
