If It Wasn't Glasgow in 1968, Then The Last Class "A" Public School To Win A State Championship Was Carr Creek in 1956.

Yes Paintsville did win it in 96, but they are an independent school. They made it 94-98....

public schools are run by the county board of education. independent schools have their own board.

independent school doenst get money or funding from the state do they?....if i am not mistaking....but the public schools do
