#1
How do you see this game playing out?
#2
Campbell County scrimmages Ashland next Saturday. I'll hold off on my prediciton until then.....
#3
Ashland by 2 scores

I like the Tomcats in this match-up. Heard some good things about the Ashland program during this off-season.

Ashland Blazer - 35
Greenup County - 21

Should be an interesting game as I'm not very familiar with Greenup County. I done a little research and that is what I'm basing my prediction on.

Best of luck to both!

Ashland will win. They return a lot of experience and talent from a pretty good team last year.
#8
I'll take Ashland by 2-3 td's.

To bad the Musketeers have to open up with Ashland. Ashland will crush Greenup by 3 or more touchdowns.
#11
We need more votes from Greenup County fans.

:please:
#12
Ashland by as many as they want. Ashland is the best team in the area this year.
#13
Ashland pours it on them quick.
#14
Ashland 35
Greenup County 0

It doesn't matter how many GC fans vote for their team.
#15
I expect Ashland to have a substantially better product on the field then the past few seasons.

I have first-hand experience with seeing Ashland. They did not offer much against Campbell County, why are so many giving no chance to Greenup.

Just curious
#23
I wonder the same thing. There is alot of "spark" at Greenup right now, Ashland better not be overlooking them.

i agree ashland played poorly but it was only a scrimmage coach will have them ready

coach hart will have his players ready for this week ignore the post of fans on here the tomcats are ready to reclaim the area from johnson central and they know it starts with making a statement friday so i expect an intense focus all season from this bunch

You make a great point. Scrimmages don't really tell the story. Please don't take it the wrong way, but I guess my point was why was everyone giving Greenup no chance. I know nothing about Greenup so was just basing it off of what I saw last weekend.
#27
Id say ashland. gonna be hard to stop their running game
#28
This really is a hard one for me because no one really knows what GC has to offer with their new coach and new system, so I am going to go with Ashland in this one but I believe it could be a close game.
#29
There is quite a bit of buzz around Greenup, but a new coach isn't a magician, the talent is still the same talent. It will take some time to get the ship righted. Ashland by 4 TD's.

I'm ready to watch this game.... I could be wrong, but I think GC may suprise a few folks. I don't know what the outcome will be, but I think Ashland may go into this game a little to confident. GC may just give them a run for their money. Heard Ashland wasn't too impressive in the scrimmage this past weekend. I know you people are saying its just a scrimmage blah blah blah. But I learned that perfect practice makes perfect. Doesnt seem like their practice is even close...... JMO
