Man arrested for being nude in his own house!

29-year-old Eric Williamson says he was home alone when he walked into his kitchen to make coffee around 5:30 Monday morning.

Fairfax county police say a woman and a 7-year-old boy were walking by the front window around the same time.

The woman called police to report the incident.

Officers say they arrested him because they believe he wanted to be seen.

But Williamson and his lawyer say he did nothing wrong.

"I'm a loving dad, … and anybody knows that. And there's not a chance on this planet that I would ever, ever do anything like that to a kid."

"In order for it to be a crime, they have to prove- the state and police have to prove that he knew those people were there when he was standing there" says Williamson's lawyer.

If convicted on the misdemeanor charge, he would face up to one year in jail and a $2,000 fine.

It doesn't add up. I think these charges will be dismissed but that won't erase putting this man through this type of humiliation in the mean time.

I agree. This is pretty embarrassing for the guy and he won't be viewed the same. This whole case is bull. I'm sure his windows aren't right up against the sidewalk. Couldn't she get in trouble for an invasion of privacy or something? I doubt this kid is going to be scarred for life. People are way too 'sue happy' these days
