Idol Fans Want Bret Michaels to Replace Simon Cowell

After Bret Michael's surprise appearance on American Idol, 68 percent of TVGuide.com voters say the Poison front man should replace Simon Cowell as the new judge of the reality singing competition.

For the love of the Almighty, NO. I dont even watch American Idol anymore (its a pre-determined, rigged sham of a television spot, and it has been since Daughtry was "voted off" four years ago). But please, for the sake of merely seeing faces as I change channels, I dont want to see Bret Michaels on another channel, for any length of time whatsoever. Like I said on Facebook, give Bret his own channel, and let those that adore and love him watch him, and save the rest of us. Let him host some crap on the Lifetime channel, that fits him much better.

Didn't Bret Michaels host Nashville Star or something like that? He didn't do too bad, but he cant fill the shoes that Simon Cowell would leave. That would be like asking a Camry to be Corvette!
