This will be a good game, but I have to take the Giants due to the home field factor and a great running back.

I take the Panthers in this one although it will be tough to win in the Meadowlands

the panthers have to be one of the favorites to win the superbowl...all five of their losses have come from a total of 36 pts (2 losses came from game winning fgs)...
i will have to go with the panthers in a close one...i predict about 31-20...
everyone keeps going to the dallas game in referring to the panthers inconsistent performance, but lets remember they only lost by 4 pts to a hungry dallas game after a late penalty which resulted in a miraclous catch by glenn in the final seconds...
this is all despite the fact they gave up 194 yrds to juluis jones and lost their team mvp, steve smith, in the 3rd quarter due to an ejection...
