This game was a huge boost for Owsley County going into their All A matchup Wednesday in Booneville with June Buchanan.

Robert Smith has now got 5 games under his belt with the Owls, and the team seems to be improving every game with their team chemistry. I think Owsley will be a much, much better team from here on to district tournament time. Owsley's record is no indication of what this team is capable of accomplishing the remainder of the season.

I agree...this is a owsley team that beat a good powell co team and south floyd...Hazard beat owsley but had a tough time doing it being down 8 at the half...The smith Kid has put this team on his back....And the neeley kid looks like a different player than I saw Play at Lee co..... These two kids hold the most talanted backcourt in the 14th(IMO)......Watch out come Tourney Time!!
