By who's standards? Does being close to a winning record count as a good season? Not at our school. 7-6, 8-5. Not good enough.
5-5 or 6-5 is not acceptable!

It sounds cliche, bit sometimes you are better than your record. In all honesty they probably should have one 2 or 3 more games last year. Coaching and lack of dicipline were their downfall.

Congrats to the HAWKS.ALAN BOGGS is an awesome QB,he can flat out throw the ball.The defense still has alot more work to do.They did good but they haven't been challenged yet, so keep praticing hard.

Were they ever anything different to begin with? Beating smaller schools, and teams with poor records? And getting their butts kicked first round of the playoffs..

Ram fan04 already talking the smack, but we very well beat your Rams in 3 wks., we are a very young team, with Brandon Marsh and Joey Aeh and Cody Willams with varsity experience and Nick Tackett one of our best defensive lineman, out for the season, with a neck injury, young qb. big slow line, if we do have an advantage is Wade Reed is really kicking the football with authority and distance, our freshman team looks really good, with Matt Lawson carrying the football, has some speed, and reminds you of a young Jim Dunaway, running the ball hard and following the blockers and then gets a couple yds. more after first contact, runs north and south, will be hearing his name next season. Also freshman qb. is a player to watch also. Right now looking at the GC schedule, i see maybe 2 to 3 wins, Rams, Eagles, maybe, and the Lions. Will probaly show up next week at Devil stadium and play Red Devils tough for a half and then run out of gas andthe Devils should win with their veteran team.

Raceland may very well get a Regional Championship this year or the next two.

We were forced to play beechwood or newcath the first or second round for years. Two teams greenup would never beat. If it was setup the way it is now Raceland would have multiple regional titles and a state or two. But oh well just glad it's better now. Our chances of getting to the title game areuch higher than greenups ever will be. To big of a school for not so much talent. Regardless should be a good game this year if we can stop Marsh. Well win next year. And the following year it will be a running clock 3rd and 4th quarters.
