Phelps is just like any other community, sure they have thier problems but at least when they take a team to southside as they have for many years, it is well stacked with kids who actually live in phelps..... and guess what !!! these kids GET TO PLAY!!! and as for not being able to run a league, there again we have our problems but we have got a lot of great people wh o are there, Just for the kids!!! I know that personally.

Hey Belfry Dad...why don't you volunteer to help instead of hiding behind a computer screen and complaining???? ANY kind of little league can always use volunteers to do any number of things...the lady from Phelps did what she did because nobody else wanted to keep the official book on a weekly basis...if a team was shorted a point that cost them a game then why didn't the coach notice??? Could it be that it's not about winning and losing when the kids are that young?? IMO it's about learning to love to play and learning some fundamentals alond with sportsmanship and team play...what does it matter who wins a Bevins vs. Southside game when the players are 7 or 8 years old?? Quit hiding behind your computer and then maybe you can see the big picture..

it wont matter. pikevilles 7th grade team was 21-0 beating belfry by 36. county is already clinched.

Wow...county is already clinched??? Maybe they will just cancel the middle school season and award the trophy to Pikeville...come on man...ridiculous post.. Smile

dude, think about it...pikeville 21-0.....they beat belfry by 38, jenkins by 51, virgie by 56, elkhorn by 32.....the same teams are coming back..what or who think could stand in there way?

Dude..YOU think about it...upsets happen EVERYDAY in sports...that's why they play the games...last year was just that ..LAST year...

w/e i got money on pikeville....Upset? Last Year? dude belfry wasnt nearly as good at pikeville. they were 2/3 on belfry. should have been 3/3 cause of that call.
