Anyone been to Frozen in Breathitt Co.

It's not there anymore. I went this past Halloween and we asked a neighbor and they said they tore it down about a month before we got there. My boyfriend had went when it was still there and he said it was spooky. He didnt see anything but said once when they were going upstairs there was a drastic temperature chance. The flood did happen, I read about it in an old newspaper.

Maybe the rumor was about the children getting killed, I can't remember. Some part of the whole story was made up though but for the life of me, I cannot remember which part.

I heard that they were starting to tear down most of Frozen. Half of it was falling on its own. It was probably the closest place around with the most haunted background/stories to its name.

my mamaw is 76 years old and never been know to lie and she has told the same story word for word for as long as my dad can remember (hes 45) about sleeping in her cousins room who died in vietnam when she was a kid and seeing his ghost at the foot of the bed. ive never seen anything but i believe her

When I woke up from a coma, I kept asking where the lady was that was in the car with us, and why she didn't come to see me anymore. The only problem is that there was no lady in the car, or that ever came to see me that I didn't know. I was positive that there was though, I'd ask repeatadly throughout the day (partially because I'd have forgotten that I already asked). Are you sure he was killed in Vietnam? America was in Vietnam basically from 1965-75, only 32-42 years ago.

If she was a kid then, and your dad is now 45, I would probably guess your mamaw's cousin was killed during World War II in Europe fighting the Germans or the in the South Pacific fighting the Japanese.

But not what was then, Japanese occupied French-Indochina(Vietnam).
