Why say my heart is black? I never said I hated gays, I don't have a thing against them, I'm just stating that I don't think homosexuality is the way it was meant to be.

Because it is. You don't have to say you hate for it to be hate.

Your tip toeing around it says plenty.

Is reproduction all we Humans are good for in your view? There fore if people aren't re-producing they don't deserve the same rights as child rearing couples?

Is that your logic?

The constitution was written by God fearing men and for the most part America is a Christian nation.
Imo the founding fathers would have never saw this as a problem and imo would have never allowed it.
And if were a christian nation like we claim and believe what the bible says, we know that marriage is s'posed to be between one man and women.

You don't know as much about the founding fathers as you think you do.

Translation of Adam and Eve, good god you need to read a bible before you come on here running your mouth.

This thread already needs to be closed.
This is turning into another gay marriage thread.
It's about Iowa and THEIR choice to do this.

Not about the founding fathers and so on.

So then it wasn't Adam and Eve at all.

Maybe the translation got messed up and it was supposed to be Adam and Steve. :lmao:

When someone uses incorrect information(founding fathers) to support their argument it needs to be exposed.

I doubt it since Adam and Eve had kids and two men can't reproduce. Are you sure you aren't the one who has the black heart, it seems you aren't educated about the bible at all.

WTF? Thats messed up.

Can someone explain why a Constitutional democracy granting rights to a same-sex married couple threatens "god" and "christianity"? "god" makes the rain fall on the good and evil, the sun shine on the just and unjust. Hitler's garden grew good lettuce. Rights are granted in recognition of human freedom, not in sum zero sum game between "good" and "evil" as defined by partisans.

So then it was still a girl and a guy, the way it is supposed to be.

What does all this blabber have to do with IOWA and their granting of gay marriages??
NOTHING!

At least try to stay on topic with the subject!

It has to do alot with it if were arguing are part on views on gay marriage.

What ticks a persons mind to be gay?

Im sure that it is all part of gods plan. If it was wouldn't you think 2 mean could reproduce? I know your statement was pure sarcasam but i figured id throw that in to.

Maybe he doesn't want those particular men or women to reproduce.

Your posts in this thread continue to make less and less sense. Those particular men and women? Two women or two men HAVE NEVER been able to reproduce.

Adam and Steve? No. The first two people reproduced, couldn't have been two men or women.

Give up, you're just digging your grave on this thread deeper and deeper.

I think you're confused or misread his statement.

I'm making this statement with no malice towards anybody. What is the rationale of a christian who supports gay marriage? If it is against God's will? Just looking for an answer, with no bias in the question.

I don't think being gay is a choice.

I don't think we should allow gay marriage.

I do support civil unions.

That's as simple as I can put it, and all I really need to say about the subject, so since I'm dead tired tonight, I won't be hanging around to debate this further....we've already debated this enough in the past.

It's the same story every time, just different usernames.

Then why are gay people born? Being gay is not a choice, IMHO.

Did YOU choose to be straight?

I'm a 100% sure that God didn't put people here for the sole purpose of reproduction. What would be the point of that?

And with that said, why then must every couple reproduce? It's pretty obvious that every couple does not need to reproduce.

Plus, there's enough trailer trash 15 year old's out there to spit out a few more babies to make up for the gay couples.

Yes, I sure did. I had a choice on whether I wanted to fall for man or woman and I chose woman.

Notorious Wrote:Yes, I sure did. I had a choice on whether I wanted to fall for man or woman and I chose woman.

I wonder how many others would say this same thing? So are you saying you were attracted to men when you were younger, but chose women because that's what God wanted you to do?

Because I, for one, didn't have a choice...I've always been straight. I can honestly say that one day I didn't just sit down and go, "Hmmm, I wonder if I want to be gay or straight? Well, let's be straight since God doesn't want me to be gay." That's absolutely ridiculous.
